Dispatch Policy
Gift certificates are normally dispatched within 5 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Prices and Tax
Prices shown for gift experiences are INCLUSIVE of Service charge at 5% for accommodation and 12.5% for food & beverage certificates, VAT at 20% and a delivery and packaging fee of £6.00 per gift certificate. Deliveries to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. The information on how to cancel and the Cancellation Form will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Refunds
Gift certificates are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Validity
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from point of sale.
Redemption
All bookings are subject to availability. Afternoon tea reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance for weekdays and 8 weeks in advance for weekends. Certificate must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the relevant property. Experiences are provided with set components for set numbers of people and we are unable to amend or tailor-make ingredients. Information provided is correct at the time of going to print. However content is liable to change thereafter. Any changes to Experiences will be advised at time of booking.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
