While we will do all we can to put things right, we are sadly unable to help with third party product issues as these are beyond our control.
No, you can shop with us without creating an account. However, once you’ve registered you'll be able to track your orders and review past purchases. You’ll also be able to save addresses, so it’s easier and quicker next time you shop with us.
To reset your password, simply follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please bear in mind that, for security reasons, we are unable to email you with your old password.
It’s best to place an order directly on our website. We accept payment via most credit and debit cards including American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

We’re sorry, but once we’ve processed your order we are unable to change the delivery or payment method. However, you can still cancel and return your products and receive a full refund.
Yes, you are able to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order was delivered. Please read our Delivery & Returns page for more information on how to cancel and get a refund.
Your order will arrive beautifully wrapped in a Berkeley branded box, protected with brown cardboard and paper. You can also personalise your order with a gift message during the checkout process.
All of our products are beautifully presented in a Berkeley branded box, so there’s no need for extra gift wrapping.
We’re pleased to confirm that most of our packaging materials are now widely recyclable, reusable or compostable. Some packages may contain corn starch chips, these are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% compostable.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to package orders with recyclable foam. Please dispose of this in your normal household waste.
We encourage our customers to recycle wherever possible.
Yes, you can add a personalised gift message of up to 150 characters. This will be placed inside your order in a branded Berkeley envelope.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation of your tracking number from our delivery carrier DPD. Simply enter this into the DPD website to follow your delivery’s progress. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can also login to your online account and select ‘track your order’ in the ‘my order history’ section.
Yes, both of our delivery carriers – DPD and DHL – require a signature upon receipt. Please note that orders containing alcohol may also require ID as proof of age.
For some destinations there may be additional customs duties to pay. Unfortunately, we can’t confirm how much these will be and your recipient will be responsible for any payment. Please bear in mind that this may also cause delivery delays.
You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to return a product. If you do want to send something back, please visit our Returns & Refunds section.
Once we’ve received your items and they have been checked by our team, we will send you an email letting you know if you are eligible for a full refund. If you haven’t received this within 10 days of returning your items, please let us know. To make the process as quick as possible, please make sure you include your order number in any communications.
